Step Six: Release

At this stage the Bail Bond has been processed and approved.  The Watch Commander at the jail will sign off on the Defendant's file.  The Defendant will then be transfered back to the holding cell if they were moved to the general population.  They will be given back their street clothes and personal property and will then be told to call a ride.

If your loved one is in custody at the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta, CA they will not be released to the street until a ride is present at the facility and has checked in with the deputy on duty.

The Defendant is now on bail with About Time Bail Bonds.  Please make sure the Defendant contacts our office within 24 hours of release to complete their paperwork.
